Car polish is a coating applied to a car’s surface to minimize scratches and give the car a smooth finish. Car polish should only be applied to a clean car. There are different advantages to using either a liquid car polish or a wax car polish.
Car polish is applied to the surface of a car to erase scratches and smooth out the finish of the car. It can be applied professionally at a body shop or car wash or you can apply it yourself by rubbing it on the surface with a microsoft cloth.
Car polish should not be confused with a car cleaner polish. Car cleaner polish removes leftover debris such as bug splatter, bird droppings, and minor scratches. Car polish provides protection that can last as long as one year between coats and provides a deep shine to the car.
Car polish should be applied only after you have washed your car. You should work the car polish into only one part of your car at a time. Apply the polish in a circular motion using a clean microsoft cloth. Allow the polish to dry before buffing the area with a new clean microsoft cloth.
Using either paste car polish or liquid car polish will result in the same shine. Paste car polish is applied by hand. You can polish more cars using liquid car polish because you can use a machine to apply it. Although paste car polish costs more, it lasts much longer than liquid car polish.

One thing that might not cross your mind as a fun outdoor activity is washing your car. It not only provides a clean vehicle, but you can simultaneously save money and get some exercise!
The first thing you will need is a hose, preferably with a spray nozzle, attached to some sort of water supply. You can typically find a hook up for your hose along the outside of your house someplace, which has a faucet you can screw the hose into. To get started, you will need a few car wash supplies.
There are a variety of different brands and types that you can use, but one thing is for certain, which is that you need a sponge! A big sponge is best to cover the large surface area of the car.

A good quality car wax generally stays on for around 3 to 4 months thus reapplication of car wax every 3 months would be optimum.
IT is advisable that before waxing a car it should be buffered for any irregularities and to remove scratches, after which the wax should be applied, which is repeated every three months. The essentials to start waxing your car is wax, a clean soft towel and a small sponge. Also your car needs to be clean and dry before you start waxing it. Be careful as to take a non abrasive car wax so as to not damage your car.

I adhere to all the requirements in my manual, take in the car for oil changes on schedule and keep it clean. But as car wax was being put on my car, the employee kept shaking his head. After he was finished with the car wax, he came over to give me an earful. “Your paint was so foggy. What were you thinking?” I guess years of not using car wax is an offense so big, that I deserved public embarrassment.

After washing your car, adding a coat of car wax can help protect the paint on your car against environmental factors.
Car waxes are not all the same. There are liquid car waxes, paste car waxes, and the spray on, wipe off type of car wax. Liquid car wax is the hardest to apply to your car and it takes a lot of work to buff after applying liquid car wax. Paste car wax is now the least commonly used car wax.

To keep a clean shiny car requires car accessories and certain amount of physical labor. Carwash supplies are therefore an integral part of any car owners monthly shopping list. What does that include? Firstly, a reliable car shampoo is important start point to wash off the dirt, grime and oil marks from the exterior paint of the car. Car shampoos are available not only for the exterior paint but also for the upholstery. The car care routine starts with a car wash using a car shampoo and then following it up with a car polishing stage.
